Two of our Litoro mentors, Maxine Beimel and Brend Allan, took their student, Akho, to the movies as a reward to him for how hard he has been working throughout the term. Maxine started tutoring Akho at the beginning of 2018 and Brendan came on board in September as his mentor. It is safe to say that this little guy has a huge place in both of their hearts and they really look forward to seeing him every week! It is great to see our tutors and mentors taking initiative to make the Litoro Scholars even more motivated.
